AP Pension invests in hotel in Nordhavn

AP Pension and Finland's largest pension provider, Keva, have joined forces to build a new Comwell hotel in Nordhavnen in Copenhagen – the first hotel in the new urban area.

In recent years, AP Pension has increased its investments in real estate and has a clear strategy to invest in projects in their early development stages to optimise the return.

CPH City & Port Development has sold the building right to the Danish development and contracting company KPC being the turnkey contractor behind the project.

The hotel will have 493 rooms of different sizes and 18 conference and meeting rooms. The new hotel is centrally located in Nordhavn, and it is expected to open up for the first guests in 2020.

Jon Dyhre Hansen and Simon Breining assisted AP Pension.
