Background

Christina Heiberg-Grevy is an associate partner of Accura's EU and Competition Team.

She advises medium-sized and large Danish and international businesses on competition law and public procurement law issues. She also prepares applications for the Danish competition authorities and the EU.

Christina assists clients in connection with the drafting of co-operation agreements, including distribution agreements, agency agreements and franchising agreements. Furthermore, she advises clients on the abuse by businesses having a dominant market position in connection with prices, discounts and refusals to supply.

In addition, Christina has vast experience in advising tenderers on procurement law issues. She represents clients in competition and public procurement cases against the relevant public authorities, including the Danish Competition Authority and the Danish Competition Council.

Before joining Accura in 2010, Christina was employed by Rønne & Lundgren whom she joined in 2006. She was employed by the Danish Consumer Authority from 1996 to 1999 and by the Danish Competition Authority from 1999 to 2006, her last position being as a senior advisor in the legal department. Christina started her career at Kahlke & Vandborg from 1994 to 1996.

Christina graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 1994, and in 1998 she was admitted to the Danish bar. In 2016 she was admitted to practise law before the High Courts of Denmark.
