CapMan acquires retail and office property in Valby

Case info

CapMan Nordic Real Estate II managed by CapMan Real Estate ("CapMan") has acquired a retail and office property of 7,194 m2 in Valby.

The property is located next to Copenhagen's old vegetable and flowers market, Grønttorvet. It was originally built as an industrial building but has been leased for retail and office purposes. CapMan's strategy is to convert the property into modern retail and office premises while respecting the architecture of the building.

CapMan's investment was made through the Nordic Real Estate II Fund whose focus is on investments in office, retail and residential properties in established markets in large Nordic cities.

Accura has advised CapMan in respect of all parts of the transaction, including due diligence investigations and the conclusion of the transfer agreement.

Mads Berg, Ninna Thalund Daugaard and Michelle Harth Watson advised CapMan in connection with the transaction.
