Triple-digit million kroner investment in Danish IT start-up

Case info

The Danish IT start-up Dixa has received a capital injection of DKK 245 million.

The venture fund Notion Capital together with the existing group of investors has made the investment in Dixa. The investment will, for example, be used for marketing efforts on the US market.

Dixa is a digital customer service platform unifying customer engagement across different communications channels where the businesses communicate with their customers. By unifying customer engagement across email, chat, Facebook and phone, Dixa is able to minimise bad customer experience.

Dixa was established in 2016 and today serves customers in 30 countries. The company has offices in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Kiev and Lviv and employs more than 100 people.

Mads Ilum, Louise Hilligsøe Nørgaard and Jakob Henning Anker Sørensen advised Notion Capital in connection with the transaction.
