Background

Ida Feldthaus works as an attorney in Accura's Employment Team.

Ida provides advice within labour and employment law to Danish and international businesses, including in particular with respect to the conclusion of employment agreements, various matters during the employment, termination of employments, etc.

Furthermore, Ida assists with employment law advice in connection with M&A projects and is, therefore, an experienced advisor in relation to the sale and purchase of businesses, business transfers, etc.

Through Ida's former employments with one of Denmark's largest trade unions and the Danish Ministry of Justice, she also has a thorough knowledge of employment law issues in the public sector, including collective agreements and the negotiation and interpretation thereof.

Ida joined Accura in 2017 after having worked as a legal consultant with the Danish Association of Managers and Executives where she was employed in 2016. Before that, she worked as an administrative officer in the HR center with the Danish Court Administration. Ida has also worked as a volunteer at the Copenhagen Legal Aid (Københavns Retshjælp) since 2008.

Ida graduated in law from the University of Copenhagen in 2014 was admitted to the Danish bar in 2018. Furthermore, she studied at ESADE in Barcelona in 2011-2012

Ida regularly teaches various employment law topics to HR departments of businesses, including with respect to basic rules of employment law and the development of and trends in employment legislation and employment law practice.
